Pet Memorial

Want a reminder of your pet in the park? Here is the procedure.

Buy a plaque or stone and inscribe to your liking   Plaques up to 6”x 3” (155m x 75m ) include nails for fixing   Stones up to 8” x 12 (20cm x 30 cm)

CT trophies in the Emporium in Sale offer a discount to pet memorials fitted into Worthington Park.   When our memorial is ready to install, please contact katywride@gmail.com to arrange installation.   These will be made once a month.   A donation of minimum £10 is required to cover installation costs etc. Please complete the form below or cash can be donated to the FOWP Many thanks   K Wride
